Thoughtful Choices Start With Clear Information.
We know that materials, packaging, sourcing, and product longevity matter to many shoppers. We want FRK Store customers to have clear information to help them make choices that feel right for their homes and gifting needs.
01 — Transparency
Know What You're Choosing
Every product has its own materials, features, and care requirements. Understanding these details can help you choose items that suit your preferences and intended use.
We encourage customers to review the product descriptions for available information about materials, dimensions, finishes, and care instructions before making a purchase.
02 — Everyday Care
Make the Most of What You Own
Taking appropriate care of your belongings can help you enjoy them for longer. Always follow the instructions supplied with each product.
Follow Care Instructions
Use the cleaning and maintenance methods recommended for each item's specific materials and finish.
Store With Care
Keep decorative objects in suitable conditions and handle delicate components carefully to help prevent damage.
Use Products Safely
Follow all product-specific operating and safety instructions, particularly for candles and battery-powered items.
03 — Our Approach
Honest Information Matters
We believe customers should be able to make purchasing decisions based on clear, relevant product information.
Materials, sourcing, packaging, and production practices can vary across products. We aim to communicate the information available for each item clearly rather than make broad claims that may not apply to the entire collection.
As more verified information becomes available, this page can be updated to reflect specific practices and initiatives.
